Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients, please review the following: 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled services. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
